C&R Development Co, Inc., in cooperation with O&G Industries was awarded this addition to an existing facility. The State of Connecticut project was completed in February 2003.

C&R Development Co. was responsible for all of the pre-cast planking system, the fire protection sprinkler system, and the metals installation for this project.
