C&R Development Company, Inc., a dynamic, established, growing company offers construction management services, development and property management.

C&R Development Co., Inc. offers our communities and the private sector our professional project management staff, along with full administrative support for the project. Our project staff are experienced construction professionals with in-depth construction expertise and experience in managing the renovation, and the expansion of existing, occupied school facilities.

C&R is committed to designing and producing a competitive local construction program where sub­contractors bidding for a publicly funded project, will provide efficient, quality service which will represent any city’s diversity.

As Principal-in-Charge, Curtis Robinson is actively involved with the project from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring continuity of leadership throughout the project. We will assign a full­time, on-site Project Manager and Project Superintendent to manage the overall project and coordinate the daily details of a professionally and competently managed project that will meet budget and scheduled goals, while maintaining the safe, ongoing operations at the school throughout construction.

Most recently, the company has focused primarily on school construction projects, including renovation, restoration, and new construction. C&R Development has assisted several municipalities as they embark on an aggressive school building program. The company’s years of a successful track record has now been brought to new heights as a result of school construction in New Haven and Hartford. We now are, in the truest sense, giving back to these communities.

C&R has been successful primarily because of our principles of sound fiscal management, productivity, paying attention to details, exemplary customer service and continually mainstreaming ourselves into the communities and neighborhoods where we are working. Our management takes special pride in its ability to establish realistic financial goals by maintaining the discipline it takes to achieve them. We have accomplished this by working side by side and establishing a partnership with these municipalities.
