C&R Development Company, Inc. acted as Construction Administrator on the $7 million extensive upgrade and interior conversion of the Clarence Rogers School. The space houses a new kindergarten and pre-K classrooms. As Construction Administrator, C&R’s primary function was to monitor the status of construction and adherence to the schedule on behalf of the Board of Education and the General Contractor.
